The duties and responsibilities of this group includes policy making throughout the province on the increase of total fertility rate (TFR) above the replacement limit (2.1), reducing the predisposing factors of infertility,healthy childbearing increase , reduction of mother and child  disease burden caused by pregnancy and post-pregnancy ( up to 6 weeks after childbirth(childbirth  and  infants ( up to 6 hours after childbearth), mortality and morbidity rate reduction. mortality rate reduction of infant and children under 1 and under 5 years old .among men and women being 30 to 59 by means of preventive and health oriented measures. The goals of these measures is to utilize a healthy lifestyle, self-care, prevention of important disease and early diagnosis.improving the senior citizens ' physical and mental lives according to national commitments.

-  The new population policies ( TFR increase, marriage increase, divorce reduction, childbearing ,strengthening family foundation)

-  Physiological or natural childbirth increase ( preparation for natural childbirth classes in order to develop natural childbirth)
