Not only do the occupational health experts consider the health of the employees but also they consider the remarkable effect of occupational health on productivity, product quality, job motivation, job satisfaction, and life quality of all individuals in the society. Occupational health studies all sanitary- medical and safety issues of occupations. And its aim is to prevent the harmful effects of damaging factors (ranging from physical effects to chemical biological and ergonomic ones) on humans. In this branch of health there has been great attempt on preventing the illnesses and accidents caused by working in that it is believed most occupational illnesses are not treated in time, it will be difficult to treat later on and workers will suffer from them until the end of their lives. Occupational health protects the employees ' lives by means of identifying, evaluating, assessing, and controlling the harmful factors in working environments. According to the joint committee of WHO and ILO (international organization of occupations) the objectives of occupational health are as following:

-  Providing , protecting , and promoting the highest possible physical, mental , and social health degree for all employees of the community

-  Preventing the accidents caused by working and protecting them from the risks threating them in working environment and preventing the occupational disease

-  To appoint the employees in jobs which match with their physical and mental status. In other words there should be job and employee correspondence and vice versa
